What to wear and bring?
The Ceremony and Reception will be outdoors at Harmony Ridge Lodge. We will spend most of our time in the orchard and gardens, although there is an indoor lodge area with a few couches and fireplace. There are modern restrooms here. There is parking at the site, however it is limited so we encourage people to carpool. We are hoping to provide a shuttle from a few locations in Grass Valley and Nevada City- more on this to come.

We may walk next door to the Five Mile House to continue our festivities on either night after 10pm.

The weather will most likely be in the 80-90 range during the afternoon, which should make for the perfect summer celebration. Because Harmony Ridge is at 3400 feet elevation, it may cool off a bit in the evening.

Ceremony attire

This is not an overly-formal event, we suggest dressing for a garden party with dancing. Tiffany will, of course, be wearing a long gown. Keith will be wearing something that doesn’t involve a dark wool suit but does involve cufflinks.

Here are some guidelines:
Rule #1: Wear whatever makes you feel fantastic.
Rule #2: Bring layers and make sure your base layer is good in hot weather. The weather will be quite warm to hot but may cool down quite a bit in the evening. We will be outside all day. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes in which you can dance and navigate grassy lawns.

For guests staying over the weekend, we recommend in addition:

Swimsuits for the Yuba River, hotel pools and hot tubs.
Comfortable walking shoes and hiking clothes for sightseeing during the day
Your mountain bike if you’ve got one.
